Information you give us
When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, the ages of children you’re inquiring about, your preferred enrollment date, and any message you include. This information is sent to us through Formspree, which briefly stores the submission before forwarding it to our email.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Respond to your inquiry and share program details.
- Schedule tours or follow-up conversations you’ve requested.
- Keep in touch about your family’s place on our waitlist, if applicable.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We will never add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Information collected automatically
This site does not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social tracking scripts. Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider may include an IP address and browser user-agent string — these are used only for operating and securing the site.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Small session cookies may be set by the Formspree submission service when you send the contact form; these are cleared when you close your browser.
Your children’s privacy
This website is directed to parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Any information about a child that you share through the contact form is information you, as a parent or guardian, have chosen to give us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email yuliya@bonsai.academy and we’ll take care of it within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page. For substantial changes, we’ll reach out to families whose information we hold.
